Have you ever received or given feedback to anyone in your circle? Was the level of feedback perceived to be constructive and positive? What were the reactions of all the parties involved?
I have been in many situations where I’ve either given or received feedback. Clearly this is a learning process in itself. When providing feedback, always have it mind, the outcome your are expecting to achieve as a result of your query. In most cases using an aggressive approach will typically have a long term detrimental effect on your corporate relationships. Remembering that feedback has to be a win/win for parties, will put you in good stead for providing feedback and receiving it.
